I attached screenshots that show what the UI was looking like for my end and they said they don't use screenshots as proof. I called Schwab as I was unable to close the position, and it took them 40 min to answer. However, Streetsmart Edge bugged out and I was unable to close my position when it hit my Stop Loss or even Stop out (The Review button was faded). I opened a trade in my Schwab brokerage account in early February with a cost basis of 5.3k.
